This information is to help you adequately prepare for attending the festival.

Get familiar with dates and hours, policies regarding appropriate behaviour, and what you are allowed to bring into the festival grounds. Carefully read through the information and get in touch if you have any additional questions about the event.

When is it?

In 2022, for the first time, PandaFest will take place over two days. The 8th - 9th July 2022 (more details soon)

What are the rules?

We're all here for a good time! Here are our event rules to make sure everyone has the best time possible!

No glass anywhere on site

No personal alcohol brought onto site

No pets - Unless for assisstance

No drugs - Searches will be carried out

No single use plastic - re-usable containers are fine

Don't forget your ticket

Please don't forget your ticket on the day! You'll need this to claim your wristband for entry to the festival.

No ticket - No entry 

Please bring your printed ticket or on a mobile device for scanning

What if I get hungry?

We have some of Cornwall's best food traders at the festival, take your pick!

Personal food on site will not be permitted - Food for specific dietary requirements or snack for kids are allowed


No personal alcohol - Personal alcohol is not allowed. Please use our main bar.

Challenge 25 - Please bring valid ID.

Reusable Cup - Buy, use, keep. Buy your PandaFest reusable cup when you arrive for £1, use all day & keep it!

Payments - Our main bar and other traders will be accepting card payments only. 

Water - Water is free from the main bar, please bring a reusable container or use one of our cups. Please leave your single use plastics at home!

How can I pay?

We will not be accepting cash payments at PandaFest 2022. Card payments or contactless payments only.

We made this decision as a further precaution against the spread of the Coronavirus.

Not only will this make the festival safer, it will also make payments quicker and easier.

Parking & Travel

You will require a parking permit if you wish to park your vehicle at the event.

You will not be able to leave your vehicle without a permit. We strongly discourage driving to the event.

Please use public transport or car share where possible. Parking is limited. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.

Coronavirus Measures

As with every year, there will be various measures in place to keep you safe. We will continue to follow the UK Government’s guidelines regarding Coronavirus. Please read our Corona Virus policy for more info.

Payments - We will be strictly cashless! card/contactless payments only. Not only is it safer, it's quicker and easier for everyone

Accessibility / Disabled Access

We work hard to be a festival that everyone can enjoy, and to ensure our event site is as accessible as possible to everyone. However, the festival site is situated on a hill and there are areas of uneven ground that can make access difficult. Stewards will be on hand to help if you require assistance. There will be a number of disabled access toilets on site
